In January 2026, Air Support signed its 11th “Class in Company” partnership with Collège Galilée and UIMM Occitanie, giving 9th-grade students the chance to gain hands-on insight into the industrial sector and its careers.
The goal? To support young people in their career orientation through real-life workplace immersion..
A rich and instructive week of immersion!
From February 17 to 19, students and teachers had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the heart of Air Support, attend tailored workshops, and explore our professions. This experience helps students discover the diversity of careers in the industrial sector and inspires new vocations.
Highlights of these three days:
- Career investigations to explore the diversity of professions in aeronautics
- Interactive quiz on the industrial sector
- Workshop on prejudices and stereotypes, featuring testimonies from our employees
- Job Interview simulations
- Collaborative escape game to put the learning into practice
Three days filled with curiosity, exchange, and enthusiasm, concluded with a friendly gathering with the students and the Air Support team.
Towards new ambitions
Next step: the students will prepare a presentation of their experience, which they will showcase at the Industrie Cup in Toulouse, in front of a jury composed of professionals from the economic and educational sectors, alongside other schools.
