Every year, we take part in the “classe in the company” scheme designed by UIMM Occitanie and supported by the Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region!

This human adventure always begins with the signing of the “Class in a company” partnership contract with the Salvetat-Saint-Gilles secondary school (31).

For three days, we welcomed middle school students to take part in the “Classroom in the Company”: an immersion experience punctuated by visits, job surveys and privileged exchanges with our employees to discover the company, its activities and the associated jobs.

The aim is to accompany them in their reflection and in the construction of their future!

These are essential actions to help young people discover industry, break down prejudices and, why not, encourage vocations. It is also an opportunity for us to talk about gender diversity and the place of women in industry!

The cup industry

On Tuesday 31 May, the 20th edition of the Industrie Cup organised by UIMM Occitanie took place, during which all the schools presented their experience in a company to the other classes and a jury of professionals!

The 3rd grade class from Galilée College that we hosted for 3 days in our premises won the iCup of creativity and the Instagram photo challenge! Congratulations to them !

Thank you to all the employees who took part in this action to promote the professions!
The entire Air Support team was delighted to be able to share their experience and career path

« It is always with great enthusiasm that we have been inviting these schoolchildren to immerse themselves in the world of Air Support for many years!
This school-company action allows us to discover the industry and its professions, but also to promote our employees who actively participate by exchanging and sharing their experiences with these young people. This approach is also part of our desire to fight against all prejudices! Facilitating closer links between the business and educational worlds is a major challenge to better prepare young people for professional integration by building a chosen career path and, who knows, perhaps to encourage vocations in the industry and recruit the talents of tomorrow »
