On Monday, December 8, the 3rd edition of the Soirée de l’Entrepreneur was held, an event organized by La Dépêche du Midi Group and Dépêche Events. On this occasion, Sabine Tertre, President of Air Support, was named 2025 Entrepreneur of the Year and received this prestigious award from Polaris Corporate Finance.
This distinction is particularly significant in a context where entrepreneurship in France remains a daily challenge: resilience, audacity, and courage continue to lie at the heart of the entrepreneurial journey.
When Sabine Tertre joined Air Support in 1999, the company had barely 10 employees.
Today, under her leadership, Air Support brings together 250 employees and supports nearly 200 clients across 40 countries. This award recognizes her ability to drive exceptional growth while inspiring those around her.
A committed woman, Sabine Tertre is also Vice-President of UIMM Occitanie, of Medef Occitanie, and Head of France Industrie Occitanie. She is deeply dedicated to promoting industrial professions, sharing her experience, and raising awareness among young people and job seekers about the many opportunities offered by the aeronautics sector.
