From November 17 to 23, 2025, the 14th edition of Industry Week was held, an unmissable event dedicated to showcasing the expertise and opportunities offered by the industrial sector.
Company visits, demonstration workshops, and discussion sessions allowed the public to discover the diversity and modernity of industrial professions. The goal: to strengthen the appeal of an innovative and constantly evolving sector among middle schoolers, high schoolers, apprentices, and job seekers.
what happened at air support ?

Air Support hosted the first Collective Immersion !
Designed for job seekers looking to change careers, this format offers two days of immersion in the heart of an industrial company, with a strong focus on discovering different professions and projecting oneself into a modern industrial environment.
During this session, participants were able to discover the organization and activities of a metallurgy company, explore several job categories (Maintenance, Supply Chain, Quality), talk directly with professionals, and participate in HR workshops.
The participants’ feedback fully illustrates the value of these days: breaking down prejudices.
– One participant said: “I had this image of industry as noisy, dark, and cold… but in the end, it’s quite the opposite.”
– Another emphasized the importance of human contact: “The best part of this immersion was talking with the employees and seeing them at their workstations.”

Career discovery for students at François Héritier Middle School
To raise awareness among young people, we were delighted to welcome to Air Support, three groups from François Héritier Middle School in L’Isle-Jourdain. The students were able to discover our professions through dedicated presentations, discussions with our teams, and demonstrations that gave them a real immersion into the industrial world.
Have you heard of DuoDay?
DuoDay allows companies to welcome people with disabilities for a day, pairing them with a volunteer professional. The program includes discovering a profession, immersing themselves in the workplace, and participating in company activities.
This day offers participants the opportunity to discover a work environment, clarify a career plan, or begin a path to integration. It is also an opportunity to demonstrate their ability to integrate, work independently, and perform.
For the company, DuoDay is a special opportunity to identify the talents of workers with disabilities, enhance the value of its teams, embrace diversity, and affirm its social values.
