It is with great pride that we announce our 119th place in the 2027 Occitanie Economic Ranking, amongst more than 1,000 listed companies.
This is a fine recognition of the journey and growth of Air Support, an independent company specialising in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of aeronautical equipment, based in Pujaudran, in the Gers.

The Top Eco Occitanie: a barometer of the regional economy.
Every year, Entreprise Occitanie magazine, founded in 1993 by Medef Haute-Garonne, publishes the Top Economique Occitanie. This comprehensive guide brings together more than 1,000 companies in the region, ranging from micro-enterprises to large groups, ranked in particular according to their turnover, workforce and sector of activity.
By securing 119th place in this ranking, which is based primarily on turnover and business activity, Air Support confirms its position amongst the companies contributing to Occitanie’s economic vitality.
For our industrial SME based in the Gers, appearing alongside major players in the aerospace sector and regional industry is a true recognition of our development and the progress we have made.
Beyond the ranking itself, this distinction reflects our trajectory: that of a company which places operational excellence, the quality of its services and the trust of its customers at the heart of its growth.

In just a few years, Air Support has grown significantly. Our turnover rose from €47m in 2024 to €61.5m in 2025, reaching €96m in 2026.
This growth is underpinned by solid fundamentals:
- Over 15,000 engine components repaired each year in our workshops;
- Over 200 customers across 40 countries who place their trust in us: airlines, engine manufacturers, aircraft manufacturers and MROs;
- 98% on-time delivery, a commitment at the heart of our customer relationships;
- A business with a strong international focus, accounting for around 75 per cent of our turnover.
Established in Occitanie since 1992
Founded in 1992 in Colomiers, in Haute-Garonne, Air Support relocated its MRO operations to Pujaudran, in the Gers, in 2013. Since then, the company has continued to grow whilst maintaining strong ties to its home region.
This attachment to Occitanie is also reflected in active involvement within economic, industrial and institutional networks:
- Member of GIFAS: (French Aerospace Industries Group)
- Member of Club AEROGERS: a network of stakeholders in the Gers aerospace sector.
- Member of the Entrepreneurs de la Gascogne Toulousaine (EGT) association.
- UIMM Occitanie: Sabine Tertre, CEO of Air Support, is a member of the organisation’s executive committee and Chair of the Industrial Development Committee.
This involvement in local and national networks demonstrates Air Support’s commitment to actively contributing to the economic and industrial development of its region. This ranking thus illustrates the ability of an SME based in a rural area to make its mark on the international stage, whilst helping to create jobs and contribute to the industrial vitality of Occitanie.
