Your future mission

As part of our growth, we wish to strengthen our quality team. Reporting to the Quality Manager, your mission will be to ensure effective implementation of the quality system in accordance with the standards in force for our business.

Specifically

Your daily work will revolve around managing non-conformities and supporting teams until they are resolved. You will play a key role in updating quality documents and ensuring their implementation in the field.

As a true champion of quality culture, you will raise awareness among teams and promote the quality policy through internal training. You will also monitor compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations.

You will conduct internal audits (PART145) as well as external audits of subcontractors. You will manage the fleet of measuring instruments with service providers and perform internal calibrations according to the schedule.

Finally, you will report on your activities to your superiors and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system.

Your profile

With a degree in Quality (Associate’s or Bachelor’s level), you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aircraft maintenance sector.

You will be working in an international environment, so fluency in English is essential. You will use office software, particularly Excel, on a daily basis. Knowledge of Sage X3 (ERP) software would be an asset.

Beyond your technical skills, your personality will be a real asset: teamwork, responsiveness, autonomy, and organizational skills will be valued. You are persistent, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent, full-time position (35 hours per week over 4.5 days) at our Pujaudran site.
