Your direct and privileged contact
From Monday to Friday, from 8 am untill 5 pm, a dedicated hotline is insured. Our 4 customer relationships' managers, speaking 6 different languages (French, English, German, Spanish, Russian and Chinese), are listening to your needs.
Air Support chose to invest in a large stock of spare parts. With more than 5 000 references in our store, with 3 500 in automatic replenishment, this reserve allows us a strong reactivity.
CUSTOMS DUTY, TRANSPORT, PACKAGING
At Air Support, we take care of the repair of your aircaft components, but also of all the formalities between their arrival to the airport and their return.

In a concern of increasing satisfaction of our customers' needs, Air Support has established a highly competent technical office, using state-of-the-art design tools and skilled in the design of test benches and of specific tools in order to work on the development of our capability list.

Be trained, for constant progress
The professionalism of AIR SUPPORT' teams is recognized by all our customers, and in particular by the various OEM or MRO with whom we work directly.
Every one is trained on the requirements of Part 145 regulations, and on the specifics of its particular position.

The quality of our repairs is one of our assets, often mentioned by our customers.
From this perspective, our teams respect strictly the aviation regulations and the maintenance/repair requirements provided by the OEM, and a set of internal procedures was set up.
